So, first things first, you need to put the downloaded addon in the "addons" folder wherever you extracted your SRB2 game. Once that's done, you need to boot up the game. Select "Addons" in the menu, and open the "addons\" file in-game. From there, you can search for the addon directly with your keys. Once you find it, press whatever the select button is to load the addon. If done, the addon should be applied to your game. You won't be able to unload it once done, meaning that you'll have to close the game and open it again in order to start afresh. Hopefully this helps.

SuperPhanto updated Xtreme Sonic with a new update entry:

Version 1.5

- Spindash is now charged by pressing the directional keys (you can mash all of them or spin the analog stick to charge faster, wall spindash is unaffected)
- Spin Slash makes a less annoying sound, and no longer sends you into spring state from jumping out of it
- Built-in momentum
- Some animation speed tweaks
- New CSS artwork, by the same person who made the ending stars
Enjoy this surprise update that just so happened to fall on Christmas...

sonic heroes is a good game
I don't want to beat the dead horse here, But the console is full of zeros.
It doesn't affect gameplay, But it is annoying.

Personally speaking, I don't think having jump charge the spindash should be a thing.

with the vanilla characters, you use jump to get out of spindash charge, just incase you positioned yourself wrong, or decide against using it in the first place.

It's also used for speedrun strats as well, such as charging a spindash on top of fangs spawn location in ACZ3, then jumping out.
