(The music is the main reason I always replay the School stage. Man, "Ollie King OST: Brother Goes Away" is a perfect fit, and it made me break almost all my headphones listening to it over and over. Wonder how this will end... Even more, what will the credits music be? (I ask that question thanks to Super Paper Mario. Man, good game all around.))

It sounds really beautiful. I thought it might have been from Kingdom Hearts or something.

One of the library pits in the school campus map doesn't work. I fell into it and the game did not teleport me. Can you fix that?

I finally gave this level pack a try, after a long time of knowing it was available but forgetting or not being interested enough.
It's great! A few emblems left me stumped enough to seek out info in this thread (which thankfully was provided a long time ago, convenient! Thanks!), but overall I feel slight regret that I didn't play this sooner.

One thing I'd like to report though, since I haven't seen anyone else point it out. The very first level... May be impossible as Fang?
At one point, the paths converge and there's a set piece where the character is blown away by wind through a small gap. Unfortunately characters like Fang (and others that may be taller) seem to be too tall to go past the gap.
As a solution, would it be possible to get rid of that wall? I fear that, without a proper path, other characters may be rendered unable to finish the level.
For context, I've already ran into a situation where characters who are too tall can't finish a level, because the level has a forced section similar to this one, especially because they lacked alternate paths to begin with. It's not common, but characters like Mecha Sonic, Derp, Bowie and Iclyn are also affected by that (admittedly very?) specific drawback.

UPDATE, version 1.3.
Brand new secret level, new optional side routes, emblem hunting.
Changed the music in the port level since it was copyright sensetive.
So re-download the music file as well.

Hi, I'm Youtube's Rogerregorroger, maker of cartoons and discussion video's. I noticed I got increasingly cynical and bitter when thinking of Sonic's future, so figured making my own level mod within my favorite Sonic fangame would be a nice therapy.

-What's this?
It's kind of an homage to the 3d platformer and RPG hybrids you got in the late 90's and early 2000's like Megaman Legends, Mystical Ninja starring Goemon and Sonic Adventure.
Also these games that relied more on texture work rather then complex 3d modeling for their graphics, creating this effect you were walking inside of a cartoon. Like in Fur Fighters, Red The Hunter, Wild Riders.
So, very story/ context driven, so much it feels more like you're bouncing around one giant island rather then merely going trough disconnected levels.

There's 10 levels. 2 RPG ish explore area's, 7 "normal" platform levels, one hidden. And one level where you just run like mad.

-What's the story?
The island of Sol Sestancia is nearing it's 100th anniversary and is organizing many events to celebrate. The Catering is organized by..Eggman enterprises. That can't be good. Time to figure out what's really going on.

There's technically supposed to be cutscenes between every level to push the story forward but I gave up on getting that to work.
I'l include the cutscenes in a let's play I'll do of this level pack later on.

Yeah, sure, knock yourself out. It's messy, tough.

Nah, I'll consider it complete. Altough I might come back and fix up a few things when I learn new tricks when I work on part 2.
Particularly the audio and replacing some npc's with sprites when i figure out how to do that.

This mod pack is AMAZING and its even better when you use Adventure or Modern sonic cuz it really feels like a sonic adventure 3 or something 10/10

So maybe this is just me, but this doesn't seem to work properly with 2.10, is it just me or is there something i'm missing? for context i am running the latest version on windows. what happens when i load it up is that it changes the title screen accordingly, but upon entering the game it takes me to GFZ1 instead of egg fleet. the mods i load in order are, Rushchars 1.1 (it worked in an online game so i had reason to assume it would work offline) solsestmusic, and finally solset 1.5 itself. nothing else on top.
