[Open Assets] Aaron's Char Pack - Latest Update: Claptrap gets spit-shined 4.7

Following after the Soldier and the Scout, the morally-questionable doctor is here to wheel and (not) heal.

Taking a left turn from Multiversus, the Iron Giant with a heart of gold is here with some meaty lua-given stats of 10 speed and weight to back up that bulk. There's also a time trials safe version that only has 9/9 stats, and Donkey Kong's 64-voiced variant has been tweaked to be a separate character from the normal-voiced version.

The king of swing is here to bring the jungle rumble. There is also an alternate version that uses DK's 64 voice lines, and Eddie Riggs has also been bumped up to 9 weight.

Long overdue, but Piccolo is here to take on Goku for the title of number one driver examinee.

The One-Winged Angel is here to stalk Clouds and bring despair, complete with Japanese and English versions.

The legendary roadie and digital incarnation of Jack Black is here to prove the mettle of his Metal. Also fixed some sprite alignment issues with Freeza/Lee-za's secondary color versions;

The most swollen politician from Colorado is here to earn some extra votes via kart publicity. Or crush skulls, possibly both;

The smack talkin' fast walker of the TF2 mercs is ready to use his specialty in SRB2K;

I've also taken the liberty to update Soldier. He has had his sprites touched up and his sprite/sound names adjusted to not conflict with Slenderman (and hopefully anyone else too.)

The big ol' doofus heard how SRB2K has many women competitors and is looking to get in on the action;

As the update title says, I've gone through some of my characters and touched up or addressed some things. The changes are as follows;

1. Fixed the KCL pack so that secondcolor should work properly.
2. Improved the booster on Captain Falcon's sprites.
3. Fixed some sprite issues with Tifa.
4. Polished up the Cave Story duo a bit. Tweaked the color of the antennae a bit, improved the outlines in some areas, darkened Quote's shirt, hair, and the bottom of both of their shoes.
5. Replaced Goku and Vegeta's map sprites with new ones by ziMEEMga.
6. Shrunk Crazy Frog's hands a bit in his side sprites to be more consistent with the size of his hands in other sprites and fixed a minor issue with his map icon. Also added a version that replaces all engine sounds with his ding noises.
7. Changed Kirby's shot-landed sound to be different from his winning sound and touched up his rank image a bit.
