[Open Assets] Timsanity Character Pack - New Year's Update 3.3.01

Behold, the most niche character ever concived, the NBC Proud N Logo!
This logo's stats is Speed 7, Weight 9, referencing the year this logo made its debut, 1979, and it was in use until 1986. This character's voice clips were sampled from the ids and promos from this era. Enjoy!

I made fixes that makes loading the addons result in bidoof being loaded properly

also ninji and phanto are removed from the main pack, but still available on thier own

I made three new characters recently, all from Super Mario Bros 2: Flurry, Ninji, and Phanto.
Whole pack available in regular, Lua less or separately.

a bunch of sound effect changes, and samonella is now shinier, and now has a lua file attached to it. Basicall Sam O'Nella goes "uh oh UH OH UH OH!" when targeted by the spb. Also is removed fempaddler from the pack.

And I present to you 2 new characters: Berd & Fempaddler!
Berd is comedy, and that's all you need to know. To reflect how quick his videos are, Berd's stats are Speed 9, Weight 1!
Fempaddler is simply the female version of Paddler. stats are the same as Paddler, but the voice clips are different!

And now I bring you The King of Counters: Wobbuffet!
To reflect on Wobbuffet's stats, his speed is 1 and his weight is 4. Have fun!

Basically I just got rid of all the stray pixels that I could find that occur when certain characters steer to the right. that's all.

I have added the AOL Instant Messenger Running Man icon in this Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart! It looked real easy to do, so I went ahead and did it.
And yes, "You Got Mail!" will play when you pass through someone and also when you hit someone, and also when you win a race, and gloat.
