[Open Assets] Timsanity Character Pack - General Guy Update 3.0

a bunch of sound effect changes, and samonella is now shinier, and now has a lua file attached to it. Basicall Sam O'Nella goes "uh oh UH OH UH OH!" when targeted by the spb. Also is removed fempaddler from the pack.

And I present to you 2 new characters: Berd & Fempaddler!
Berd is comedy, and that's all you need to know. To reflect how quick his videos are, Berd's stats are Speed 9, Weight 1!
Fempaddler is simply the female version of Paddler. stats are the same as Paddler, but the voice clips are different!

And now I bring you The King of Counters: Wobbuffet!
To reflect on Wobbuffet's stats, his speed is 1 and his weight is 4. Have fun!

Basically I just got rid of all the stray pixels that I could find that occur when certain characters steer to the right. that's all.

I have added the AOL Instant Messenger Running Man icon in this Sonic Robo Blast 2 Kart! It looked real easy to do, so I went ahead and did it.
And yes, "You Got Mail!" will play when you pass through someone and also when you hit someone, and also when you win a race, and gloat.

Yes indeed I have legit brought this deadly bloon to srb2k! Enjoy as it floats around and the bloons' path is now whichever race track you put it on!

I finally found the right voice clips to use, and I actually finished the sprites 2 days ago as I was typing this, so here you go!

I made the Dart Monkey 3 days ago, but I forgot update the character so I can add it to the pack.

And now I am proud to introduce, My Crazy Character Pack! Here in my character pack, I worked hard on characters I wanted to make. Currently, there are 6 characters that I have created, each with their own unique stats!

The Voice Clips and sound effect, (minus the lose.oggs) for See & Saw, Monkey, and Paddler were directly ripped from Rhythm Heaven Fever/Megamix.
The Voice Clips for Junimo was ripped from Stardew Valley.
The Voice Clips for Sam O'Nella was taken from various educational and funny videos from him.
The voice acting for Simon Plusher was entirely done by me.

The Broken Perfect sprite that I used for See Saw, Monkey, and Paddler was originally made by Eneyx, and it's from his Rhythm Girl Racer. https://mb.srb2.org/addons/eneyxs-friendpack.2459/ Also I got the "try again", and "perfect breaks" sound from that racer file as well.
