Honestly i kinda expected people go offtopic just to reach page 300 regardless the risk of getting banned or closing the thread until MSV6. I suppose it was L achievement but W at same time for those who made efforts to keep on topic despite running out of ideas.

No, we only know that's there's possibility of releasing update in february to march.


Anyway, does boost hitbox can be wider if the blue aura effect gets wider? Like crushing crawlas with a 16:9 wall lmao.

pretty much, I'm surprised people keep trying to come up with new ideas to make MSV6 relevant but the fact is that its stuck at a super slow pace and we won't hear anything about it anytime soon. Glad someone pointed this out. I'm not here to argue but the amount of used up questions and off topic comments on this thread was just too excessive. The Thread should've been locked by now, but because of the main creator of this Thread is most likely too busy to intervene, the moderators aren't here to stop this nonsense. Makes me regret put this Thread on watch, I've been gone for a while and my emails stacked up to +200 and honestly, its annoying to clear up

Any questions people have won't even have an accurate answer if it hasn't already been included in the update log (For the Development of V6) or until it's been released for them to experience for themselves. There's nothing we can say or ask that hasn't been in this Thread. I get it that some are excited about MSV6 getting closer to completion everyday but the fact that we haven't heard anything from MotdSpork in about 2 months (Last msg on Discord was November 11, 2024) just proves how exhausted this Thread has become this whole project is made out of pure fun and dedication. Do as you will everyone, just don't overhype this project, X Sonic received the same treatment and haven't heard a peep about him in a bit. (Besides XTweaks, which BlueBlur hates btw.)

Our answers are speculations, get it right. Answer is a confirmed result. Speculation is a possibility of a confirmed result. Also this is a discussion not a thread sorry to break another bubble to another stranger so the chances of this getting locked is maybe a thing or non-existent. Also I just asked about the boost styles since nobody mentioned them or the action chain. Don’t rope curious questions but feel free to rope the overused question like homing attack and spindash into your rant.


Also we know blueblur doesn’t like XTweaks. Don’t shove it down our goddamn throat for the bajillion time. (I swear everything can get passed around here even if it’s been dead for months and get treated like it’s new. Nobody cares about XTweaks anymore. Just move on to stuff like MSV5 tweaks or Rose tweaks by cheeseboi and ssnneomint.

You think I was after you lmao? I wasn't even complaining about your comment I never even mention you, you already included what I meant by the Homing Attack and Spindash, I've just been looking back at all the off topic bull that led to us reaching page 300. I genuinely rather see actual unique questions besides the usual standard -_-

Yeah the wording could be a bit better same with mine too when I mentioned the boost styles I was talking about subjects that Yk people barely talk about. You really didn’t do anything wrong so that’s on my end 😇😇

But yeah this thread is a bit full with a lot of the page 300 shit. (Not hating) sorry for my wording too bud. I didn’t think you were talking about me so that’s on me for a lil trash wording. Just trying to set an example as of barely talked about stuff regarding V6 features!

does it only increase the boost speed or overall speed?

Probably boost speed, but on another side, youre right, only Thing distracting me from msv6 Is the Shadow moveset mod for smash ultimate, but SoT, as i said, It Is probably boost speed
 
To specifically relate to Modern Sonic (related to this mod, any version in particular), I remember fondly of the first version of this mod having those old ChrispyPixels sprites of Modern Sonic (titled SonicCE), and I also fondly remember that his abilities took after Modern Abilities (created way back during 2.1's release); of course it didn't exactly play like that, but it reminds me of how versions 1 to 3 haven't resurfaced here since.

They're pretty old versions honestly, so thats why those versions havent resurfaced
