[Open Assets] Sonic Adventure Genisys 2021-04-10

So every year for April fools, I let my fans send in requests and I'll do a bunch of them, usually in the form of a cartoon or a QnA. However since I started modding SRB2 since last year, I got a few SRB2 requests this time. Enter Sonic Adventure Genisys, a monstrous collection of several requests i got in one mad package.




Rumors of a Sonic Adventure remake are floating around in the Sega offices and Tails created a Knuckles Terminator robot to be send back in time and investigate what's going on. And things are going to go a lot more Meta and insane from there on.


FEATURING


ARKNUCKLES



New playable character ArKnuckles. He's regular Knuckles. Myeah.
But he talks funny. Or annoying, take your pick.

To be quite honest, he's not entirely finished, no Super or NiGHTS form and if I ever give him a full release I'll make his audio clips more neutral. But for the purpose of this level mod, he'll do fine.

Prepare to spend a lot of time racing around the Sega offices in the present, the past and your nightmares.
Prepare for many cameo's.


GIANT OPEN AREA'S WITH NOTHING TO DO IN THEM.




Oh boy, I'm dooming myself with getting requests to do a full remake of Sonic Adventure now, am I? Okay, so this pack is made primaraly for gags/ story rather then gameplay, so especially the first 3 maps will feel kinda pointless. Don't worry, Gameplay will pick up from Map 4 on.

So many checkers. That makes it a good Sonic game, right?


Also, multeple cutscenes this time, after I stole the SOC coding on how to do that from a different mo
after my genius brain finally figured it out. Kinda. Timing is still off.

Oh uh, one word of warning, there's a glitch in the final level where You can get trapped if you glide underneath OpaOpa. I'll try and figure out how to fix that.
