Dimension Glaber 2.3.2 No zip

just getting rid of the zip file
This unfortunately means no more bat file either, but that's not much of a loss.

This is just a minor update were certain credits are corrected and proper credits have been placed into their respective lua lumps.

Also removed the depreciated V prefix.

Small update for compatibility with SRB2 2.2.10.

Been wanting to do this update for a while.
