- The map is now accessible without unlocking the level
- Converted the map to UDMF
- Removed the power-up sound from invisible 1-UPs and poison mushrooms
- High-quailty brick breaking sound

Hey - for me at least, version 2.1 actually removes PTZ from the bonus stages menu. 2.0 works fine.

check the normal level select. it should be when you select a complete save.

Haunted Heights, Arial Garden, Azure Temple, Frozen Hillside, Pre/Post-2.2.14 Pipe Towers, AND Final Demo are all community creations, either from the OLDC, or their own mods.
