You can actually add your own battle songs as is! There's a menu for it under Sound Options.
NO WAY!
Now I feel stupid. Sorry for what could be considered necro'ing.

I figured it out you need to go to the gamebanana page for this and than go to sounds
(Here the link if you are too lazy to do it)

It does involve SLADE, yeah. You'll need to create a WAD with the sound file in question included. It also has to be named O_<name> - where <name> MUST be at most 6 letters long. Remember the <name> part, because that's what you need to input into the Custom Lump field after loading the WAD.

Thank you SO MUCH!

Quick question: Can I use an "autoconfig" file with this game? I have so many mods now it's not even funny, and it's rather tiring to use them all for my intended experience.

I didn't have any luck using autoexec, but you can still use the batch file method. After "-file", just give it the list of addons you want to load.

Batch Example:
@echo off
start /b SRB2Persona.exe -file example.pk3 example2.wad example3.pk3

Alternatively, you can still use a cfg as usual and just load it with the "exec" command in-game via the console.

Hello, I know that the question may seem stupid, but I need help downloading the mod, what happens is that when I download it, it is a compressed file, and when I add it to the addons folder of the game, and then open the game, and go to the addons section, it does not appear, I also tried to put all the files inside the compressed file itself, and it works halfway, in the sense that I can get to the entrance of the thartarus, but from there at the top of the stairs there is nothing, I think it has something to do with the order in which I download the files that I take out of the compressed file, but I would still like to know if someone can help me, or tell me what I have to do, since I do not know much about this.

Oh and here is an example of how the title screen appears, if it is of any use, and also the thartarus entry.

second picture taken from my cell phone because the cropping tool was not working.

(for the record, I have already downloaded other addons, so I have relatively basic knowledge)

Use the full installer on the main post and extract it to a new folder separate from vanilla SRB2, then you can run the game by launching SRB2Persona.exe

It is currently required for this to run on a separate folder as Vanilla SRB2 because SRB2Persona uses an older version of SRB2 which is currently incompatible with SRB2's resource files due to an error in 2.2.15's srb2.pk3

it wont even start for me, did i do something wrong when installing it, i just copied the files in the zipped folder into the srb2 folder, i dont know if thats what im meant to do, it says the error is: W_GetNumForName: MARMIGP8 not found
