As an avid fang player i was really interested in this character when it was in the works. So being a guy who wanted to see how this Fang play very differently, and boy his ability is fun to use despite him having a spindash (which i was not expecting tho it does pairs well with his cork jump!) However there is one thing that does gripe me with him and thats his side sprites. They do look weird to see when in 2d sections or just moving to left and right in general, this is due to head looking off along with the way how his body is moving.
Other that this is a nice character that i like playing as i think you fruit shoppers will as well! Give the lad a go!
