[Open Assets] Frostii's Encore Palette

So after making my trashy sonic adventure 7 palette that got denied for obvious reasons, I decided to try to make an actually decent looking palette. You'll find that it's very purple-y and blue since those are my two favorite colors. Most levels now either look like they take place at dawn or in the morning, and thanks to only editing the palette, you can bring it online without any of those annoying wad loading errors! It's a fairly simple mod, but I spent around 5 hours just making it look right. I hope you enjoy it!

Now all we need is a mod that allows encore mode style character switching then we'll have a full srb2 encore mode :P
