Changes the HUD to look more like Sonic 3 (or Sonic 3 & Knuckles') HUD. The numbers, rings, score, and time are all modified. The bonuses at the end of the level even have the blue flame there!
ALT file has black outlining, and also some small tiny shading. The "Refined" Sonic 3 HUD if you will, no palette limitations. Flashes red instead of flashing transparent when running out of time (in multiplayer) or having 0 rings in singleplayer/multiplayer.
Also contains bonus text for NiGHTS Bonus, SCORE, GUARD BONUS, etc. so yeah uh here
