[Open Assets] Pipe Towers Zone - Revamped 2.1

- The map is now accessible without unlocking the level
- Converted the map to UDMF
- Removed the power-up sound from invisible 1-UPs and poison mushrooms
- High-quailty brick breaking sound
- A few minor changes
