[Open Assets] SRB2: Chaotic Edition 2

This is a pretty amazing update, it's pretty Outstanding, specially the fact that it brought the "Change Sprite" effect back from the dead, but also brought more effects that can make the game a real challenge to beat it, specially during a boss fight with Eggman.

Definitely adds more of a challenge for veteran players.

This is really good, I liked it. makes the game much more me :).

Finally, the screen is brighter now!

Love the mod but I have a problem where when I add it to the game for some reason it makes the screen dark and it will stay dark, I think it has something to do with the UI because it goes away if I turn off the UI or I bring up any other UI such as the emerald list

I had a ton of fun doing challenge playthroughs with this mod, especially with amplified mode. The only issue I've had with it is that I kinda wish there was a way to change the frequency of certain effects. For example, turning down the frequency of "darkened vision" and turning up the frequency of "change character". (Apologies if this is already a feature that I've somehow overlooked)
