[Open Assets] Rafael (REMAKE!) [v5.1.2] - Shelved to oblivion 5.1.2

Hey all, another update. Don't want to waste anyone's time with yapping so here's what changed!

v5.1.2 changelog:
- The size of the mod file was reduced.
- Removed the unlocked conditions from the MUSICDEF.
- Some unused content was removed.

Want to give a thanks to Trop for most of the issues fixed above.

Hello again, guess these are starting to get a bit more frequent lately.

This changelog only contains one change but it should make a difference, especially torwards people who abuse of friendly fire.

v5.1.1 changelog:
- Fixes the Skid Attack so that it doesn't damage players. (shoutouts to tropluckyfr and Spectra for the fix)

Hey all! This has been in the shelves for quite a long time so apologies for those who've been waiting for this long. With that being said, here's the changelog for v5!

v5:
- Remade all the sprites again as well as adding new ones.
- Fixed some offsets.
- A new tutorial map was added! (courtesy of tropluckyfr)
- New commands were added and fixed.
- And some bug fixes.

And that's pretty much it, enjoy the update! More will come soon!

Really sorry for taking like.. 1 year to update? Unfortunately this isn't version 5, what a shock! But I've decided to post it anyways as this version contains the contents included in v5 in their beta states. (and also because I didn't want you guys to wait any longer) And, while the version's already outdated, 2.1 Rafael got updated with the new sprites and some bug fixes as well.

V4.5:
- Character was resprited, as well as added some new sprites.
- Removed the secret emote.
- Updated support to SRB2P and Kirby. (still in beta)
- New abilities: Curve Dash and Skid Attack!
- Other bug fixes.

Just wanted to thank MarbleCheese for the effort they've put in coding these new abilities, he's a really cool guy!
