Going to be brutally honest, I have no idea what's majorly different since the last version. However, because of some funky, quirky things, I have to disable the Heroes' red ring rollangle stuff for the model.
From now on, please add GoalRing after adding all of your characters!
+ Added sprite for Samus
+ Better file organization
- Some debugging sprites for fiddling with animated GoalRing sprites.

With the way this feature is set up, if you wish to create your own sprite for GoalRing, all you need to do is create a new sprite named "GENDA0" and place it with your skin's sprites under S_SKIN.
Use this as a base, and continue to modify your sprite's offsets until it fits nice and snug.
