what happened to v2

It's a pretty good mod the mechanics are good, and movement is smooth.
I did however run into a bug. if you have the addon activated and try and play a save file with Sonic&Tails or just Sonic, Sonic will be replaced by Extra Life for some reason wondering if you might know why. But besides that this mod is wonderful keep up the good work.

the only update you did is rename it to classic. but oh well.

Great add-on! Extra Life plays uniquely enough to differentiate him from the other Sonics, which I think really suits him fsr even though I've never read StC.

The only issue is that sometimes you can jump frame-perfectly to *not* recharge his Triple Dash storage. E.g. if you Triple Dash twice, land and jump frame-perfectly, you'll still only have 1 Triple Dash remaining.

Otherwise, 10/10 would become LIFEA0 again

I HAVE FOUND THE EXTRA TAUNT.

It's AMAZING! It just...eh...needs a little bit of the extra details on the sprites instead of just being a re-color of sonic with the paper peel-out mod. The ability is fun and such, but would be way better if it kept momentum between each spin (from speedy shoes etc etc), And his ear details, that's a big one the creator missed, they're pointy a bit around the bottom. I could give a image through Discord if needed (UPDATED tag:Xykiam#9900)

I really liked this mod I found the triple dash concept very interesting

Extra life is very fun and takes height in a original way, which is something I like. My only complaint is you map the triple dash to jump instead of spin, as Extra Life when he grabs a shield he won't be able to perform it. This makes him some what boring as when you do get a shield he really has no way in recovering and has no double jump ability. Some suggestions I would recommend is making Extra life fall slower when preforming his Triple dash, and also maybe letting him use his shield ability after using his Triple Dash?
With these things out of the way you did a great job, your sprite edit is amazing and doesn't disappoint! Happy new year!

Really nice seeing such an obscure character getting some love and attention! He even has the large fang!
Gameplay is really neat too, I think the additional vertical momentum you gain from the triple dash really adds to the move's versatility.

it looks mostly like a normal sonic (well. that's how extra life really looks in the comic's) you put some details that make it looks like a new experience

This character is simple, yet very fun to play. I like the sprite edits, as they add that little bit of personality this guy needed to differentiate him from the ACTUAL blue blur. Although I have one question... Did MotorRoach make the CSS art and then you (or someone else) edited it or did someone other than MotorRoach draw the CSS art from scratch?

This is a cool callback and fun to play. The only problem I have with it is that I wish there where some sprite changes to contrast to regular Sonic.

it's a great mod and a nice callback to the old uk comics, but the reason i took a star away was because the sprites are just a simple color change for the most part, would have been cooler if they looked more comic accurate but other than that it's a blast to use this guy!

Very fun to use and gets me out of tough and overwhelming situations in-game! I personally don't mind the minor sprite change, but one thing I would suggest is a more original idle/waiting animation that compliments Extra Life's personality, maybe something as simple as chuckling similar to Knuckles.
