[Open Assets] Engineer TF2 v1.1 - The world of color update

- Engineer can now be recolored!
Recommended colors for RED,BLU,GRN and YLW teams
RED: Garnet
BLUE: Bluebell
GRN: Green
YLW: Gold

- The HUD should now disable when loading MRCE
- You can't descend for a while after getting sprung
