[Open Assets] Customizeable Hud v2.2

added a new lifeicon thing, just shows your sprite

changes when in pain or dying/drowning
I'm currently still working on saving your options, got loading working but not saving itself

I forgot to remove a test feature

added the ability to move score time and rings, see the overview
