[Open Assets] A.R.K. Pack V9

Greetings folks! This addition is a commission that I was really happy to work on. This update also cleaned up the followers a lil' bit to make them take up less freeslots.

- Fixed a mistake where Broggy's SPRITEINFO used Aseprite's skin name instead of Broggy's.

- Follower's sprites freeslots were cleaned up from the original 9 slots down to just 1.

- Individual contents zip file updated to include the new characters and changes.

Greetings once again folks! This update is a bit odd, as content has actually been removed this time, but don't worry, it's not lost! It has just been moved to another pack is all.

The new pack is question is R.O.O.C. Pack! A pack solely dedicated to any original characters who want to be a part of Ring Racers!

In addition, every character still present within A.R.K. Pack has updated with dedicated talking portraits and talking blips. So now you can make them speak on whatever custom map wants to give them all custom dialogue.

Now then, on with the changes:

Changes:

- Moved the racers VULC-4N and Wallace Noals over to R.O.O.C. Pack.

- All Racers have been given a talking portrait within their files, as well as a dedicated sound for when they speak.

- Fixed a visual error within Black Frost's glance/drift sprites.

- Individual contents zip file updated to include the new characters and changes

This is just an average update. Nothing much to it. Though, I would suggest you all have a look at the pack just in case.

Greetings once again folks! Here's A.R.K. Pack's second update, with two new racers and various changes/fixes.

Miku Hatsune and

Midbus

- New gibs lua added for Bowser, Midbus, VULC-4N, and Miku

- VULC-4N's death sprite was changed to be just the head

- The roster has had their "DSKTALK" fixed

- Bowser's internal name of "bowser-bis" was changed to "bowserbis"

- Broggy's rivals was modified to go along with this change

- Cook's internal name of "cook-100oj" was changed to "cook100oj"

- Fixed a visual bug with Timber Wolf's sprites
