[Open Assets] Transparent Life HUD Icons

Transparent Life Icons changes the life icons to be transparent, removing that ugly white box! It also mirrors the life icons, because I found the original ones facing left to be unappreciative, or to a disliking.

It has support for the following modded characters:
- Silver
- Cream (not on mb yet lol)
- Flicky
- Eggman
- Blaze (Is now green so will actually change to your character color)
- Pointy (also not on mb yet lol)
- Ray
- Neo Sonic ("msonic")
- Dirk
- Shadow
- Egg Robo
- Werehog
- Yoshi
- SSNMighty

It also supports super forms.

I also gave Ray an entirely different life icon.
I re-shaded Blaze's life icon.

(NOTE: YOU MUST ENABLE THIS ADDON AFTER ENABLING ALL THE OTHER CHARACTER ADDONS, AS THIS ADDON USES A SCRIPT (P_SKIN), THAT ONLY WORKS ON *EXISTING CHARACTERS*. IT CANNOT PATCH A SKIN THAT DOES NOT EXIST CURRENTLY.)

Neither is Shadow, these life icons are based off of the ones I got from joining other people's servers. I don't know how the host got these files, but I thought i'd make it compatible with those characters just so that when they ARE released I don't have to immediately go after them, unless their life icon is different.

Hey guys, I shortened the name of this of this addon to V_TranspLives-v2.2.wad. Mainly so it isn't as long to type in command, and also so you can add more addons alongside this one.
