Perm Characters - Controlling is how you make it!

This can allow server and admins to make the skin only there selfs


Meaning you can modified the character however you want, which makes it easier.


You could copy and add a character to it, which is amazing.


You could make them have theses characters and not have the server and admin but that would suck (But I don't care what you do, have fun with it lol.)

The addon works as advertised, although I was sad that there wasn't any console command system implemented to store skin names into a blacklist table.
Still, it's open assets. Anyone could do whatever they need to restrict certain characters from general players by editing the script.

This was a old addon anyway, though however I can improve on this.
