Continuing her hacking nonsense, Monika, the president of the literature club, finally arrives from Doki Doki Literature Club!

Monika herself seems to have also taken part in this, as she didn't at all account for what would happen if she got hit

Weight - 8

With these stats, she has a difficult time making sharp turns, but she gets drift boosts faster than most racers and is less likely to be knocked around
