Im pretty sure they said they were going to shadow drop it as in they weren't going to announce it so I doubt they would wait for a very specific date to release it. Basically: when it's done

v6 is the pivotal, and in a more colloquial sense, the final overhaul of Modern Sonic. Making it a separate submission wouldn't make sense, as he's still very the same character at the core!!!

Oh okay makes sense. So if I would say: "So if the mod is separate, does this mean that this mod will he renamed to "Generations Modern Sonic" or "Modern Sonic - 2020" which he created the resource in that year?" Yeah the whole submission is going to be edited and everything.
