Well, remember when Kaz said that it would be around summer time, and there's going to be a chance where it could get shadow-dropped. Yeah, that is the close information we can get from him and the release of Modern Sonic v6.
We can't though, we've been through this multiple times in some pages in this thread. Just at least wait for it, or you can do something else that you never done in summer before, or you can play the mods you downloaded.

A little suggestion for the update(and I think no one asked for this before):
Make Sonic go Super only when you HOLD custom 2. Since Lightdash and turning Super are on the same button, it's a bit frustrating. Sometimes when you try to use Lightdash, and you miss a little bit, you turn Super instead, which is annoying. I think making the Super transformation hold the button would be much better. This is just a suggestion tho!
