Skyscraper and Big donut are both now playable in SRB2Kart​

I needed a break to unwind and I thought I'd use that time to port two maps from Mario Kart 64 and I think I did a pretty faithful job as best I could.

Best part is, both those levels share the same music track, so they're so easy to do the music for!
