Deton 1.5

This character is really fun to play, only issue I have is Deton's CTF and Battlemod-CTF implementation. Metal Sonic's attack is fine, but his air dash and explosion jump shouldn't be allowed or as powerful as it is while Deton is Flag-running. Besides that niche issue I love everything about the guy.

- Added icons to tell you when you can detonate or dash for clarity. You can disable it by using "detongui off/on"
- If you manage to go faster than the initial Hover Dash speed (without using xmom), you now dash at the same speed you're currently going

This is a great addon! The sprites aren't all that bad, and - similar to Takis, Marine and the Max Control roster - Has a lot of momentum packed onto it! If only it were on the Pizza Time gamemode.
