ok uh there are three possible reasons this happened: 1, android srb2 actually DOESN'T run on 2.2.13 (unlikely), 2, you lost the pk3 for that guy, and 3 i'm just wrong (i don't really know tbh i'm not an srb2 expert)

That’s how saves look when they use unloaded modded characters.
If you load the character mod you created that save for, it should work just fine.
