2.1's Presents wad... now for 2.2

Command if you guys didn't see the 2.1 version:

spawnpresent <object to contain> [<colo(u)r>]

To open presents, press custom 3 when in front of it. Jumping on them does nothing. (these aren't monitors. treat them like fragile boxes) Spawned contents face the player's angle when the present initially spawned.

DO NOTE THAT THIS VERSION ONLY ACCEPTS MT_* PREFIXES, UNLIKE THE VERSION FOR 2.1.25

This port comes with an MD2 model for the present itself. NOTE: MAY CONTAIN MINOR VISUAL BUGS ON ONE OF ITS SIDES.

Just asking, why was Xmas mode removed from the game?

It generally caused issues during netplay, if I'm correct. There could be times when xmas mode was active for one player, but not so for others. You can imagine where things would go from there.
