Also I ain’t even talking about just that. I’ve full on seen some people join servers just to ask for a mod link. People have recreated the sprites PIXEL BY PIXEL just to get a taste of v6. I feel like at some point it’s more obsession than just a want for a mod

I disagree. This is literally one of the biggest mods on the message board. What's with the complaining?

Also the mighty mod took like 4 years and no one was doing all this over it. (There was a bootleg of the mod but still)
 
Tbf this mod changes fundamental aspects of the game that I've seen people dislike. Also the V6 update has been a thing for 3 year ms has been a thing for far longer and already had a "fanbase" that's probably why you don't see as much ppl on other newer mods. Cuz it's the first version(and also it's "Sonic™").

Also for the repetitive "moveset" and "release" statements, I mean ppl are hyped and will wanna know stuff, y'know?

I guess it's not harming anyone as long as you're not weird about it.

I ain’t saying it’s bad to be hyped about I’m saying people are being weird about about it by doing things like only joining a discord server to ask about the mods release and people trying to recreate the mod

Who's trying to recreate MSV6 sprites? I haven't seen anyone try that. Most of us aren't even obsessed. We're just talking about the mod. If you're annoyed by it, there's plenty other threads to talk about different mods.

There's literally nothing wrong with trying to join discord servers to get a mod (or ask about it). I literally had to join luigibudds discord to get the latest version of Takis. It's not "weird". And if you think it is, what's wrong with it?

A. Firstly it takes one search on google or YouTube to find a knockoff of the mod

B. Scroll up a lil from ur post

C. I’m not talking about the people just talking about it I’m talking about the people who only join server NOT dedicated to v6 to ask about a mod link.

Oh ok nvm then. Still most of us aren't obsessed we're just talking about the mod. I know 200 pages seems a bit much but I don't think you should be surprised since it's one of the biggest mods on the message board next to X Sonic.
