i just did that and neither that old forum post nor my steam account came up
it's not uncomfortable that it's THERE, it's uncomfortable that you went out of your way to find it

I simply came across those on the way, "the experience I had surfing the web to find worse versions of a renamed zip file". Sorry if that upsets you though, genuinely.

Oh wait.
Yeah remind me to never skim-read and to proof check 3 times, I missed that whole first line, "Literally just" is a dumb term, I meant as in that's how it started really, just clicking on random relevant images until I came across the pfp on the forums and I guess I must've with the steam account as well.
Good God I am SORRY-
Hi, yes it's me the giant Milne "review" and sometimes hoster but who cares guy, I'm not really sure what the state is with older versions of Milne after the whole WS thing and the kinda recent changes to ports (even though Milne has always been a 2.2 addon besides Kart), but Crystaline seems fine with old Milne being mentioned here so... I'd like to share that by rummaging through about ~36GB of mod archives a couple months ago (which was a PAIN because my main storage device is a microSD card), I've found every major version of SRB2 Milne (as well as her SM64 version, but that's not SRB2).
And excuse my formatting if it goofs up, this accounts like an hour old.
Archive.org mainly (Discord was out of the question), as for each individual one:
v1 was just chilling as a standalone archive, yeah, not sure if "By CrystalineGazer" means Crystaline uploaded it themselves or if that's just because they made it.
1.1/1.3 was from that WS archive, so I'm not sure how legit they are considering 1.3 has "-Battle" in the name, but I have tested all of these and peeked at the code, barely knowing how to make a shoulddamage hook work, they seem in line with change notes (yes I recall 1.3 mentioning battle suppourt SOMEWHERE but it being slapped at the end of the filename throws me off).
1.2.1 was the hardest to get, since I found it in the last of the 4 addon archives I downloaded (this one being the biggest at ~21GB), which again was BRUTAL because I couldn't let my PC even sleep for 27 hours else I'd risk having to start a file all over again (you bet it took every fiber of my being to not react after losing it at 93%), and even then some of the files in that folder just refused to extract.
And no, I could not find any Kart addon archives at all.
Anyways, v1 Kart Milne is 100% lost media at this point (besides on Crystaline's hard drive), and whilst finding these I also found Crystaline's Undertale AU from 2017 (or 2016, don't recall), as well as what as far as I can tell is (wow as), the first image of Milne posted that's still online (and Iclyn, and the other 2 I can't remember how to spell the names of), but take that with a giant grain of salt because the post does mention that they're redesigns.
Oh boy let me try cram an image into a spoiler now-
Here's an image of when I put it in SRB2 because I was bored in SLADE, so that Crystaline won't die from cringe via reverse image searches: View attachment 133323
I also miiiiiight've found Crystaline's steam account (I'm not trying to just expose all your accounts I swear), but don't quote me on that at all as I'm honestly starting to question if I dreamt that up, this all kind of was a while ago. And just to clarify again, no, old Milne is not a portleg, it's a 2.2 addon and always has been besides the Kart variant, Glaber's petty review and video labeling it a portleg is just false. :| I know he's banned now, but I've yet to see anyone mention that besides me.
Anywho, I know this is getting super damn long but it seems pointless to just split this for the sake of it being too long (since it'd be the same damn length), so I'm including this too.
For context I sent my friend a text file and told her to slap it on the reviews tab, she put it in the discussions instead and blady blah I had a lotta questions in there (which were half rhetorical), some were actually answered so now I want to reply to one of those after like 2 months, yes I feel like I am really bending forum social norms here but uh, do what you gotta do.
You could maybe just put it on archive.org like that v1 Milne instead? It's free to make an account and upload things last I checked, granted you'd have to learn it's UI (it's more than just wayback machine, people!)
Yep.
That's kinda all I wanted to say, the experience I had surfing the web to find worse versions of a renamed zip file, I have been writing this since 9AM, I'm no longer sure if I don't have a problem (this was meant to just be an announcement I had all the major Milne versions now).
Go home.
This kind of behavior is quite gross and not something we encourage to see on the forums. When online, it's generally considered poor form to snoop into what people do on other webspaces unless they explicitly bring up and bring them up in the first place and to go out of your way both to hunt down what people are online, but to then drag it up out of nowhere without any consideration for how the person reacts to someone diving through what they consider personnel history is rude at best, stalking at worst.

Yeah, I know, immediately after this I realized how creepy that looks, and was gonna get looks from everyone.
It was very stupid to say that kinda stuff, and I've made a pretty damn bad first impression of myself here. I thought it'd be cool to show off dumb web stuff I found a few months ago, and some random info I found which I vaguely recalled, along with the fact I just felt accomplished having got some obscure media. But I guess I failed to realize I was basically just showing off how much info I had gathered on some random person whilst looking for old pk3s.
I'm sorry, and hope I won't get judged forever for this, I genuinely just fell down a bit of a rabbit hole and didn't mean for any of that mess. I don't know what else I could do or say to make this any better.
Smaller announcement that doesn't really mean much. Milne turns 7 years old today! How fun!! Here's some art I made to celebrate that, based on Project Sekai's 2024 birthday cards for its cast.
anyway expect more radio silence from me for a while on here. i don't tend to post on the message board often, there just so happened to be these two events back to back LOL.
