This is pretty creative, nice work! It's not everyday you see a projectile based character. Actually it probably is, I just happened to have not come across one yet.

Download the pk3 file and move it in the same folder where SRB2 is located.
Afterwards, launch the game, go to "Add-Ons", look for the mod then press ENTER. The mod will now load.

Fire 2 is still happening. i needed a break from srb2 first. But here's the first thing i want to share! the new CSS art.

You're right, as I saw some more project he worked on that postponed this mod

I mean perhaps one day he possibly gets unbanned, that's why I said "if possible"

But on second thought, maybe not anymore
