Multiplayer unlockables are currently unsupported due to the game engine, unfortunately. The only way around this at the moment is through the use of unlockable character checks in multiplayer. Example of this is with how you need a metal sonic player in order to get into Metal's challenge through the Colosseum.

SRB2 Christmas' Archive screens had to be changed to podiums due to needing to salvage a number of cutscenes. SRB2 the Past had actually hit the cutscene limit during development and said limit was noted in the CUTS lump.
The others just simply never had one made in the first place. Due to said cutscene limit, I would have to be very selective about which campaign would get an intro archive cutscene.

Edit: There may be a 2.0.5 update sooner than Feburary as I've been informed of more "big" issues related to unlockables, However the plan for that update is going to be to include another bonus "DLC" for you to use either in, or outside of SRB2 the Past.

Go ahead and download it and play on gzdoom.
Without a minimap and hp system, playing it in srb2 is not very funny.
 
Why I can't get this emblem? There's some emblems that I can find but they're disabled.

SSN Trio? You mean the old versions of Sonic Tails and Knuckles right? If so then no. However there are some options available on the MB.

Once every update there exists a port of a character that seems to never die, but now he's back... ...Ugly Knux! Stats His stats are the old stats that he had back in the day where he can jump as high as Sonic, but his speed is slower...

@glaber, Trying to get the Black Core Zone 2.1 Hidden Emblem, but it isn't in it's intended location. Nor does it exist at all, it doesn't even appear on the radar when it should.
 
(Perhaps) Major Spoilers for SRB2TP:
So I just finished the "VS Everybody" Gauntlet, beat 2.0 Brak and boarded Earless' ship aaaaaand... didn't get an Emblem? I know it's in the emblem list, I even bothered getting Chaos Emeralds beforehand. Was I supposed to physically pick it up somewhere? Or am I supposed to get it after the Credits? Because either way I didn't get anything, looking for help before I go crazy and attempt it twice

Oh, and Merry Christmas I suppose
 
hey, how do you unlock amy? it's driving me fucking insane since i unlocked all the other characters.
even the ones included with the mod. ;)

So it just fixed itself, dunno how it happened but I reloaded my game and went back into the Gauntlet and left, somewhere somehow it worked? No clue how this happened but hey I got my reward
