Fixed a bug where he can glide during Explosive Punch.

Metal Sonic
Added basic ability: Ring Spark Field (original made by CloneFighter)
Activation: press spin wile hovering
Gains near impenetrable defenses at the cost of speed the spark field will damage or ensnare anyone in range Metal has no defense during the startup.

Sonic
- thok's speed is now tied to a cool down the more you use it the slower it becomes the less you use it the faster it becomes.
- thok's cool down only recharges if moving at decent speeds or charging a spin dash.
- a small effect will play to signify that the thok is at max speed
-thoking at high speeds will leave behind thok turbulence which other players can grab to gain a speed boost

Knuckles
- glide landing now has a defense of 1 from the front

Tails
- tails himself durring tail swipe now has only an offanse of 1 (no defense)

when someone is hit into a wall at high speeds they will tumble off the wall leaving themselves open to another attack

- super spin jumps sweet spot attack increased form 2 to 3
