All jokes and memes aside, this derpy little madlad is an outstanding character. His simple design is so cute that I've drawn him multiple times over. His abilities are simple, yet effective. The bounce is a great move, and the amount of meme related poses makes him better. His boomerang is meh, though. Of course, my biggest problem is that the boomerang doesn't seem to track the closest target, making the bounce your viable option.

Whenever I get a package of plain M&Ms, I make it my duty to continue the strength and robustness of the candy as a species. To this end, I hold M&M duels. Taking two candies between my thumb and forefinger, I apply pressure, squeezing them together until one of them cracks and splinters. That is the “loser,” and I eat the inferior one immediately. The winner gets to go another round. I have found that, in general, the brown and red M&Ms are tougher, and the newer blue ones are genetically inferior. I have hypothesized that the blue M&Ms as a race cannot survive long in the intense theater of competition that is the modern candy and snack-food world. Occasionally I will get a mutation, a candy that is misshapen, or pointier, or flatter than the rest. Almost invariably this proves to be a weakness, but on very rare occasions it gives the candy extra strength. In this way, the species continues to adapt to its environment. When I reach the end of the pack, I am left with one M&M, the strongest of the herd. Since it would make no sense to eat this one as well, I pack it neatly in an envelope and send it to M&M Mars, A Division of Mars, Inc., Hackettstown, NJ 17840-1503 U.S.A., along with a 3×5 card reading, “Please use this M&M for breeding purposes.” This week they wrote back to thank me, and sent me a coupon for a free 1/2 pound bag of plain M&Ms. I consider this “grant money.” I have set aside the weekend for a grand tournament. From a field of hundreds, we will discover the True Champion. There can be only one.

You've seen what I've said before, I'll say the same exact words again.
A legitimately under-looked and underappreciated character.
His abilities and sprites fit into the game's style just about on par with vanilla Sonic's quality, and are probably suited perfectly for any gameplay modifications by how simple he is. Most people call him a meme ball, but all the memes are in the poses, which don't detract from the gameplay or character at all and can be disabled at any time. I'm glad you checked through and made sure his offsets were properly done unlike some of the other MB characters, this is a pretty basic thing that I notice others tend to slip up on sometimes. His animations flow very nicely and don't seem stiff at any point. He's got a really nice and cute design that maybe be considered not Sonic-like in nature, but I personally think it has a lot of charm on it's own.

However, that's not to say he's without flaws. I feel like the ear boomerang could be improved by letting you use it in air, due to how you can end up landing in pits due to the vulnerability frames and hitting an enemy at an inconvenient time. Something similar to how Super Mario Odyssey's Cappy mechanic works where you can stall yourself in air, but without the bounce and it instead still homes in on the closest enemy. But other than only that, I'd honestly say he's a perfectly executed character with just enough content.

Overall, 9/10.
I've gotta say, he's pretty fun to mess around with.

I love this little dude. The momentum-based bounce is super unique, and really fun to mess with, the meme poses are absolutely hillarious, and his sprites are extremely expressive which is super cool to see. Only issue I really have with him is that using his ear-boomerang makes him come to a near-complete halt, I'd personally make it so that it takes a little less of your momentum to use. Other then that, 10/10 mod, can't reccomend it enough.
