Strap On The Poltergust 100! (May Explode...)

A bit of an early update to the mod eh?

The Tornado "Poltergust 100": Still threatening as usual, but with a little more kick to it! If you even DARE use this clunky vacuum for even a SECOND longer you will be blown away in a cartoony manner! This is to avoid certain types of people ((everyone)) from repeatedly spamming and locking players in a fairly difficult to escape prison. Nothing else has changed for this ability (as of now but I will most definitely be coming back to the Poltergust 100 to add on more to it!)

(Some code organization has been done as well, including the preparation of extras to be added in the near future!)
