Now I know what you're thinking, "Well, here's Super Sonic, why not Hyper Sonic?" As it turns out, you can!
All you need to do is get the Colorblink Scripted Wad and put this in your console:
colorblink 1-3 63-3 51-3 36-3 29-3 10-3
And there you go, Hyper Sonic.
