Fixed issue where Steve continued to lose oxygen after completing a level if underwater (this was supposed to be fixed in v1.11 but I forgot about it, sorry)
mc_keepinventory has been enabled by default, and its behavior in singleplayer has been changed to revert the hotbar to its state at the last touched checkpoint (which should make dying a lot less stressful)
Added mc_backup and mc_restore commands for backing up and restoring hotbar contents
Added mining/placing sounds, as well as alternately-pitched variants of the pain and item sounds
