I've been in a Steve-y mood lately, so here's a bunch of quality-of-life improvements for the new year. Enjoy!

Changes:
  • Improved accuracy of punches with respect to the first-person crosshair
  • Sneaking now decreases your height slightly (this is reflected in the third-person camera)
  • The position of the object ghost now automatically adapts based on the camera's vertical angle and the object's height
  • Virtually all gameplay/visual quirks with reverse gravity have been fixed
  • Placed objects now scale alongside Steve and drop equally scaled items when broken
  • Steve's breaking power now increases or decreases with scale
  • Added squish animation when an item appears in the hotbar
  • Fixed objects clipping when placed against each other
  • Fixed quirk that allowed solid objects to be placed inside Steve's head, causing instant death
  • Fixed item objects failing to detect nearby players in some situations
  • Fixed sprinting in 2D mode being awkward
  • Fixed mods such as SUGOI causing the vanilla HUD to appear alongside the Minecraft HUD
  • Fixed oversight where vanilla drowning timer would activate in shallow water
Changes:
  • Restored increase in jump height when on top of goop or quicksand FOFs
  • Fixed item attraction animation not adjusting for different player scales

  • Fixed issue where Steve continued to lose oxygen after completing a level if underwater (this was supposed to be fixed in v1.11 but I forgot about it, sorry)

  • Fine-tuned vertical momentum of springs and thrown items, and increased maximum vertical momentum while swimming
  • Fixed items dropped from upside-down objects having reverse gravity even if Steve's gravity isn't flipped
  • Fixed Steve being able to sneak and/or sprint during sitting/hanging animations
