Ninji's Character Pack 9.0

Updated to v9.0!
It's been a while, hasn't it? This update adds two new characters to the roster: Maxwell from Scribblenauts, and Coldsteel the Hedgeheg!

And as a bonus, I threw in resprites for Annoying Dog, Omochao, and Ashe! Check the changelog for more details.
