Metal Sonic 3.0 v1.5 Revamp and Fix

This is the first update of Metal Sonic 3.0 and probably the last

New CSS art (bad quality cause i did'nt used a actual app to do art)​

Every single sprite is now revamped whit:
- New Gold Color (and better of course)
- Black stripes for the Hands (as the renders from SSS)
- Red Belly (as the renders from SSS)
- Gold Shines instead of Blue Shines (just to be a better look

New and changed sprites:
- Spindash (now normal as the others characters)
- Skid (for those who didn't saw the progress on the very begin, the SKID animation would be like the Sonic Speed Simulator from Roblox, but it got too hard to do and complicated for the angles, but i did a good one)
- Wait Animation is now on a better cross arms, if you take care to see the difference (who would do that?)
- The Sign Post sprite is now good, not just the same as Metal Sonic, but a new pose and new angle
- Transformation whit a better pose and smooth animation (i hope)

Also, for those who like to see unused stuff (to make secret/not posted mods or something like this), there is one folder about this on the pk3, take a look! But if you wanna use, ask me and put the credits

Fixed the bugs that you told me, like:
- Ending a level on the Wait Animation and starting the next level flying
- Be bugged on the Wait Animation when you are on a floating plaftorm
- Can't change your skin in the Wait Animation
And others

Battle Mod Support by Scarf
Primary:
- Mach Speed Slam:
Makes MS3.0 do a jump and a ground attack, making rocks attacks the near player(s)

- Flare Thrust:
When on air (jumping, falling or on wait animation), MS3.0 do dash forward, damaging the enemy
