Changelog:
Fixed the frame-1 damage punch sigsegv. Was apparently caused by me being a complete idiot a few months ago and changing the dead crawla's mobjtype for... some reason? Genuinely not sure why I was doing that, but no issues seem to occur when that bit of code is removed, and the crash seems to be gone, so that's nice at least.

Fixed the bug where if you managed to hit a horizontal spring while in the punch's windup, you'd stay in a looping version of the punch animation

Increased range of which screen shaking from bowser's taunt can be seen.

Added a new, fancier explosion death for flung badniks.
