for what it's worth, i don't think this mod is horrible, absolutely not. it functions and there isn't anything outright broken, which is awesome for your first character mod!
i do think that the mod needs work though. the jumpthok is useful as is, but the inclusion of the float is...weird to me, especially since it requires holding the jump button after the jumpthok, but not after the homing thok. this makes the control scheme extremely awkward most of the time, and not fun even if you know exactly what you want to do.
the peelout is fine enough, i don't hate its inclusion (mostly because you can't exactly ruin good reusable code). the trick system though, i kind of like. it's insanely overpowered, but also extremely fun when you do get to pull it off. i'll admit it did leave me with a laugh every time i pulled if off.
in summary; not a horrible mod, in fact it's great for your first attempt. but there is a lot of work to be done in making the mod feel a lot better.
