- Like the legend of the phoenix, Kiara has been reborn! She's been given a more refined set of sprites, with some new voice clips to boot!
- Kiara has also seen a stat change, going from 5 Speed, 7 Weight to 6 Speed, 5 Weight.
- Additionally, Kiara is now returning as part of the whole character pack instead of only being available as an individual .pk3!

- Rifleman (Insurgency) and Orcane (Rivals of Aether) are now available!
- Bullet Bill blasts in with a massive overhaul! His sprites have been updated.
- Starting with this update, Kiara will only be available as an individual character file. She didn't really fit in with the vibe I wanted my character pack to have, but I also couldn't just remove her completely. Just remember to look in the individual .zip folder if you want to play as her!
