Update: redid all of Octillery's sprites with small changes. Also fixed King Boo's menu icon

Update: added Koopa Troopa...what is this, the 5th Koopa now? I gave this one a unique kart for variety I guess, kinda like the racing stripes

Also:
- added extra details to Magikarp's sprites and gave him the "level up" sound for victory voice clip
- fixed Octillery's turning sprites, more head movement
- fixed King Boo's sign post (can see all of him now)
- fixed Boo's menu thumbnail border

Update: gave Boo some minor visual changes (bigger eyes)

Ok I lied, I do have another update:

Added steroid froggo Poliwrath.

Update: Completely overhauled UFO and gave it more detailed sprites and new voice clips, also included an individual download for the pack.

This will probably be my last update for a while. I've got a couple other characters I've made for a private server but they're probably a little too niche

Update: cleaned up Magikarp's sprites a bit more to look more faithful and gave Gyarados some new voice clips...and changed its default skin color
