[Open Assets] Intermission Lock - reduce synch fails caused by players joining during intermission 2021-03-28

All this script does is turn allowjoins off during intermissions, and turn it back on again when any map is loaded. This is useful because of a bug where a player who joins the game during an intermission does not receive a gamestate from the server, and does not get synched with the NetVars of any lua scripts.
