DualShock 4 and Switch Joycon Tutorial Zone Sprites v1 reversion

The shield button got removed in the latest version (as of writing this), v2.2.15, so I have to revert this back to how it was previously, however, the Switch variant's dialogue changes remain intact, at least.

With the recent release of v2.2.14, This thing definitely needs updating to accommodate the addition of the Shield button.

I also changed up some of the dialogue a bit.
