[Open Assets] Custom Player Death 2c

Just a quick bug fix for the wall rebound

Fixed all of the deaths, added a sound to falling into a pit, and added wall rebounding on the regular death

The electric death somehow overlapped the fire death so that's fixed now
no version number change because they're so close together

I messed up regular death on accident,
it's fixed now.

Fixed the major bug where you would get stuck in the death state if you fell into a pit from being normally killed or if you feel into the THZ goop and added drowning
