Major bug fix and drowning

Fixed the major bug where you would get stuck in the death state if you fell into a pit from being normally killed or if you feel into the THZ goop and added drowning

The electric death somehow overlapped the fire death so that's fixed now
no version number change because they're so close together

By far that's the only falling sound effect I found in vanilla SRB2

Got an additional suggestion, if you're still taking them - using the DEADA0 death-sprite (like with the electricity deaths) for falling in the lava may be more apropos than the pain-sprites.
